		<description>I worked for Rite Aid corp.for 2 and 1/2 years,and last nov.my boss called me into his office.When i entered the room,a loss and prevention man was there along with a security guy, and my boss.There is alot involved here that is too long to go into here.I was told I was being suspended on Nov 12th,because Matt(loss prevention guy) said he got a computer read out that said on oct 12th,of 2009,I had a customer come through my line,and that I (supposedly) gave her an employee discount.As I&#039;ve stated,this is a very long story but I&#039;ve allready been through union meeting,which I beleive I wasn&#039;t treated fairly,and was lied to.On dec 10th of 2009,I was in a meeting with my union rep and human service lady was also there,when I asked her that I wanted to prove myself innocent and that I wanted her to show me the tape from the camera of that night--she told me--we can only go back 6 weeks,and after that they are destroyed.#1--I should have been informed within 10 days after this so-called incident occured--and #2--I happen to know that the cameras at rite aid haven&#039;t been working since I started working for the company.Also when I asked her--what about bringing the customer in so we can all get to the bottome of this,she said that was a customer privacy act with rite aid-and they can&#039;t do this--I asked her--then where&#039;s my rights? there were greivance forms filed also and alot more to this story. It may be too late for me though to talk to someone about this--but after thinking all this over,I&#039;m not after money but to have my name cleared of this charge,and for someone to get to the bottom of this matter.Its completly wrong what they did and put me through,and also since I&#039;ve lost my job,another employee who has been there for 7 years just recently lost her job there as well.I spoke to a supervisor there named Teresa just 2 days ago,and she asked me if I had heard the news about Sharon losing her job there.I said yes I did,and she stated that it looks as if Rite Aid is firing the employees who have been ther the longest.</description>

Mr. Vinnick was notified on 6/10/09 that a decision had been reached by his company to terminate him on an undisclosed ground.  Mr. Vinnick spent the past 10 years with this company and had reached a base salary of 130k annually excluding all 401k &amp; Retirement Packages. Mr. Vinnick is convinced that he was wrongfully terminated.  He has obtained the hard evidence and is now searching for sufficient legal advice.</description>
